Shipping Policy

At Chaperone, we are fully accountable for your plants getting delivered safely and on time, every time. All deliveries are handled exclusively by our in-house delivery team, so your plants are properly cared for and handled from the time they leave our facility until they arrive at your doorstep.

• We do same-day delivery for orders received before 3 p.m., with deliveries typically from 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. on the same day.  
• Normal delivery is typically within 1-3 business days, depending on your location and the availability of your products.

Every plant is shipped with proper packaging provided under the best conditions to preserve its health and freshness.
